Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a trading company with a number of cooperative factories and 20 years of experience in serving overseas buyers in international trade for a long time.

Q2 : Where is your factory?

A: Our factory is located in China. Our large showroom office is located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province

You and your team are welcome to visit!

Q3 : Can I send samples before placing an order?

A: Yes, samples are available for material and quality inspection, and freight charges will be charged.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: Negotiable according to specific products.

Generally, we ask for 300 pieces or sets of cutlery.

Q5 : What material are your products made of?

A: There are mainly three kinds of materials: bone china, porcelain and ceramics. For quality grades: Bone China > Porcelain > Ceramic. If you would like more details, please feel free to contact us directly.

Q6: How about the quality control system of your products?

A: We have a very strict quality control system inside. At the same time, our company and products have passed SGS, FDA, EC, ISO certification externally.

Q7: How is your package? Can the safety of the product be guaranteed?

A: Standard export packaging, usually with carton lined with bubble wrap, can be packed according to customer requirements.

Q8: How long is your production time?

A: Usually, the production time is 30~60 days.

Please note: The delivery time will be relatively extended during peak season and Chinese New Year.

Q9: Can you produce our specially designed goods?

A: Of course, we can provide you customized service/OEM and ODM service with drawings.

Q10: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Trade Assurance, Small Value Western Union, T/T are available for us.
